Explore Your GlobeSmart Profile History

It is common for your work style to change over time, or as you have new experiences.

For the first time in GlobeSmart, you can view your Profile History. Now, when you retake the GlobeSmart Profile survey, you can compare your past and current work styles, and reflect on how you might have changed.

We encourage you to take a moment to think about why your profile might have shifted. Are you working on a new team? Do you have new responsibilities? Have you been influenced by a new culture? What else could be impacting your style? Retake the GlobeSmart Profile survey, view your Profile history, and see how’ve changed.
