Here’s what’s been happening with GlobeSmart in May:

New Features for IBI Owners

Good news for users of the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory (or the IBI), an easy-to-use assessment that allows you to develop your own inclusion profile and get simple steps for improvement: on-demand usage and organizational scores are now available, making it easier to see in real-time how your organization is doing as a whole, and where your focus needs to be.

Improved IBI User Experience

More improvements to the IBI: after completing the IBI survey, users will immediately see their personal feedback report and their Priority Dimension (the lowest-scoring dimension) on the screen. From there, the user can view the report or choose to download it.
