What’s New in GlobeSmart – April 2021

Welcome to the first of the monthly What’s New in GlobeSmart series, where we will highlight all of the recent news and updates from the GlobeSmart world (“all the news that’s fit to print,” if we can borrow a slogan).

Here’s what’s been happening in April:

New – Get Your Inclusive Behaviors Inventory Results Right Away

After completing the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory (IBI) survey, users will now see their results immediately in the form of an on-screen personal feedback report. The report appears to the user and gets emailed to them simultaneously. 

In addition to the report, the user’s Priority Dimension is displayed right away. The Priority Dimension is the dimension with the lowest score, highlighting a key area for learning and improvement. Read more about Accessing IBI Results (ZenDesk link).

Learn How Personal Identity Plays Out in the Workplace

Korean Translation Now Available in GlobeSmart
